 CrossFusion is a fitness program that utilizes constantly varied, fully-functional and primal movements at high intensity and life coaching as a foundation for physical and mental fitness.

CrossFusion  Fitness purposefully fuses physical and mental variables in order to mold exceptional individuals of leadership. Fitness is an issue of the mind, body and soul. Using these faculties to enhance human power and potential is the full definition of “human performance”.

We want to create incredible athletes by molding leaders, preventing sickness and disease, increasing senior-citizen functionality and reverse the obesity trend of our youth to transform our community.

CrossFusion Fitness exists to make true fitness a tangible reality for everyone. Regardless of your age or weight, background, skill level or experience, CrossFusion has the coaching that can change your circumstance for the better. Our programming is designed to bring encouragement and true results into your life. We want to show you how to be fit by helping you create a lifestyle of healthy habits and excellence in human performance.

CrossFusion supports the definition of fitness as increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains- the capacity to be fully-functional across as many sports, events,  movements and circumstantial-situations as are humanly knowable. To summarize, the person who is most ready to survive or physically compete in whatever environment he/she is placed in, is the most “fit”.  This is preparation for the unknown. Life circumstances are NOT 100% predictable, neither is competition and neither should your training be. Specialized training creates individuals who are specifically good at what they specialize in. But can they compete well in another arena in which there specializing hasn’t directly prepared them? The answer is a resounding, “No!” Are they truly fit? Relative to their speciality, maybe… but relative to broad, general and total fitness, no they are not. Specializing doesn’t prepare you to survive and survival is what life is about. We want to people to not only survive but thrive!

The CrossFusion approach is general physical and mental preparedness for all possible circumstances to create athletes who are lacking in no arena of physical skill and exertion. They are prepared for the unknown and the unkowable. This is no different than the way we classify intelligence- a general capacity for learning, understanding and reasoning. Intelligence is not based on one school or arena of thought but all of them, leading to discoveries of the unknown and what was once unknowable. Why should our approach to fitness be any different? Utlimately, fitness is general capacity and competence for all human movement, human action, and adaptation for well-being and survival.

This approach creates desired results the quickest and with the same application regardless of the population- competitive athlete or senior citizen. The body adapts efficiently through intense training and high quality coaching. These individuals become warrior-athletes who commit to the work regardless of what it is. He/she overcomes and thus learns victory by perseverance, courage, self-control as well as learning from mistakes and seeing results.

This brings us to the most important foundation upon which the CrossFusion model is designed. Along with the 10  physical skills that create physically fit athletes (strength, agility, balance, coordination, cardio-endurance, stamina, flexibility, accuracy, mechanics and reflex) we also requisite 10 mental skills: emotional intelligence, knowledge/understanding, discretion, awareness, intuition, honesty, selflessness, inspiration (dream/vision), discipline/self-control and courage. These 10 characteristics bring completion to the Warrior-Athlete who is not only physically fit (or on the road to being so) but is now mentally fit- possessing the attitude, mindset, perspective and insight to balance physical success, which generally leads man to egotistical agenda, with exceptional maturity and leadership in all arenas of life.

The fusion of the 10 physical skills with the 10 mental skills brings about Complete Fitness- well qualified mental and physical work capacity measured across broad time and modal domains- Super Human. This capacity is not only used to compete and survive but to benefit our communities.

We measure physical work capacity by records of physical accomplishment (measurable, repeatable, observable data). We measure mental work capacity by taking note of the individuals’ consistent frame of mind, application of knowledge and perspective by his/her words, actions, purposes and goals.  These things are measureable under wise observation. They are NOT numerically quantifiable but certainly determinable as mature or immature by the potential outcome/result per situation AND they occur naturally.

CrossFusion Fitness is designed to be more than a physical fitness program that is mentored by physical fitness coaches. CrossFusion is designed to be a mental and physical fitness program that is mentored by coaches who specialize in understanding the fusion of both realms of life to maximize the individuals’ energy on both planes in order to create a life of Complete Fitness which is all about purpose.
