
CrossFusion Weightlifting is designed to train athletes in the skills of Olympic lifting. This program is for ages 12 and up to senior adults.
Olympic Lifts require solid technique and great concentration in order to successfully complete the move. There are two types of lifts in the Olympic program: the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.
Weightlifting is an awesome spectator sport! It is amazing to watch these competitors expend massive psychological and physical effort to lift weights over twice their own body weight!
