The CrossFusion PAC (Power Athlete Club) is designed to train athletes in the skills of power and olympic lifting. This program is for  all ages (8 and up), from children to senior adults.

Power and Olympic Lifts require solid technique and great concentration in order to successfully complete the move. There are four types of lifts in the Power program; the Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press and Overhead Press. There are two types of lifts in the Olympic program; the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk.

Weightlifting is an awesome spectator sport! It is amazing to watch these competitors expend massive psychological and physical effort to lift weights over twice their own body weight!
