Fitness Boot Camp

Fitness Boot Camp is designed to deliver the absolute best in fitness for all ages (beginning at 13). The results are: cardio improvement, strength, toning, weight loss, overall improved fitness and wellness. Exercises consist of calisthenics, plyometrics, power lift moves, olympic lifting and cardio. We never repeat routines for at least 6 weeks to provide the ultimate variety and continual physical change you want to see to make every dollar spent worthwhile.
